- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years of experience required; Hematology/Oncology experience a MUST; Navigator/Case Manager experience a MUST 2. Cases: Peripheral blood transplant cellular therapy; pre-transplant evaluation and assessment; coordination of care before, during, and after transplantation; hematologic malignancies 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo (ONS/ONCC) preferred; AHA requirement not specified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Pyxis also listed 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30; 40 hours offered; 12-week contract accepted; No call, no float, no weekend requirement 8. RTO: RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; any call-offs or additional RTO could result in Cancel and DNR; one pre-approved RTO noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
