- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Inpatient oncology; mixed general floor with oncology and hospice as primary specialty; chemotherapy administration 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo cert (ONS/ONCC) preferred; OCN preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (verify); ONC cert not needed 4. License: Active IL license required; must be in hand or in application process at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (7:15-18:45); no on-call required; will float within scope as needed; every other weekend required; block schedule requests can be discussed with manager 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; up to two pre-approved days per unit details; client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay obligation 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
