- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Inpatient oncology; chemotherapy administration; hospice care; mixed general floor with oncology and hospice as primary specialty 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo cert required (ONS/ONCC); OCN preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm per standard policy) 4. License: Active IL license required in hand or in application process at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (7:15-18:45); every other weekend required; no on-call requirement; will float as needed within scope 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; up to two pre-approved days noted; discuss block schedule requests with manager 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
