Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required; 18 months general experience if not specified otherwise 2. Cases: Mixed general floor with oncology and hospice being the primary specialty 3. Certifications: BLS, Chemo cert preferred (ONS/ONCC), OCN, ONS/ONCC; must be AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (715-1845), every other weekend required, no on-call; will float as needed 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; can auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius (except OR RN requires 50+ miles) 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines with potential pushback if not completed by 4PM CST on Day 1 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Required chemotherapy skills including administration, body fluid handling, IV push administration, spill management. Required IV therapy skills including port access/management, blood product administration, central line care. Patient ratio 6-7. Must complete compliance within 1 week of signing contract.
