- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent oncology experience required (hard stop); candidates with less must be screened 2. Cases: Medical Surgical Oncology; Leukemia, Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma; clinical trials/research; CART and Stem Cell Transplant; BMT; General Hematology/Oncology 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo certification required (hard stop); ONS/ONCC required; OCN preferred; ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration course is accepted; all must be in hand 4. License: Active compact license honored at all Swedish facilities 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; every other weekend required; floating required to meet unit staffing needs, may float to like units (Med Surg) 8. RTO: No specific restrictions stated 9. Returning Staff: All previous permanent employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position 10.
