Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience with at least 1 year in oncology or 2 years of other directly relevant clinical experience; teaching hospital experience required 2. Cases: Pediatric oncology experience required; apheresis, chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, blood transfusions, hydration and electrolyte therapy, injections and blood draws, enzymes and iron infusions, and antibiotics 3. Certifications: CA RN license in hand, AHA BLS, APHON Provider cert required; BSN required for all RN positions; CPHON cert preferred 4. License: CA RN license required in hand 5. Education: BSN required for all RN positions 6. EMR: Epic charting system required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 Hr Days; ability to float to other UCSF facilities and within 75+ radius required; weekend coverage false 8. RTO: All RTO disclosed at submittal; needs manager approval at offer; no additional requests mid-contract; cannot be within first two weeks of start 9. Returning Staff: Must include ANY employment with University of California medical facilities with dates worked, units worked, manager names for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rates as travel; floating required within 75+ radius 11. Background: Not specified 12.
