Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of PCU experience required 2. Cases: General medicine, surgical, neuro, oncology, cardiac, ortho; may float to EDIP (emergency department inpatient overflow) 3. Certifications: ACLS, NIH (Stroke Scale) required; Chemo Cert required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic and Pyxis experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4-week schedule sent two weeks in advance; no blocked or self-scheduling; RN receives a call 2 hours before shift with facility assignment; must be OK working 4 locations (Thornton, Jacobs, Hillcrest, East Campus) 8.
