Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: BMT Oncology; Leukemia/Lymphoma/Myeloma; Management of complications from blood cancers (GVHD, etc.) 3. Certifications: ONS/ONCC, ACLS, BCLS required; Chemo certification required 4. License: MO (submit without license OK; requires MO or compact); IL (license in hand required at submittal); Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4:1 ratio all shifts; every other weekend required; floating required within service line 8. RTO: Max 7 days (7+ requires manager approval, along with holiday RTO); no new RTO after submission; no RTO first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays before start date 13.
