Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; 1 year recent ambulatory experience required; 3 years recent oncology experience required 2. Cases: Radiation Oncology, Hematologic Malignancies (Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Transplant, CAR-T, TIL, DLI), Medical Oncology (Sarcoma, Head and Neck, Breast, Lung, GI/GU, Prostate, CNS), Adult and Pediatric Non-Oncology diagnosis requiring radiation treatment; Trauma Level I experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required; RN must hold one professional certification OR meet Commission on Cancer education requirements: current cancer-specific certification (OCN, CBCN, BMTCN, etc.) by an accredited certification program, OR completion of 36 cancer-related continuing education nursing contact hours each accreditation cycle; OCN preferred 4. License: Oregon RN License required; application must be received by board 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 1200-2030; triage role by evening hours 5:30-8:30; assist/cross cover in procedures or care coordination 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off noted 9.
