Cases: Inpatient oncology; MS/Tele unit with remote telemetry experience; end of life care; pain management; blood product administration required; chemotherapy administration not required for this unit 3. Certifications: BLS required to start; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by standard policy); all licenses/certs required at submission; candidates must pass Basic Arrhythmia Review (BAR) exam during orientation — pass/fail, 80% required, no retakes, not multiple choice 4. License: NJ or Compact RN License required; must be in hand at time of submittal; current Nursys required for all submissions; if traveler has worked in NJ in the past 7 years, employer name, address, and phone number must be confirmed and updated on profile (CN-9 required) 5.
