Cases: Chemotherapy/infusion experience required; Oncology and Hematology diagnoses; supportive care medications, hydration, electrolytes, iron infusions, phlebotomies, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, clinical trials, injections 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA); ONS/ONCC Chemo Cert required; NIHSS (can obtain after offer); OCN preferred; ONS Chemotherapy Administration Fundamentals or ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate required; all must be in hand 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 0800-1630; no nights, weekends, holidays, or call required; float required across all infusion center locations (Downtown Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, West Knoxville, Sevierville, Morristown) 8.
