Cases: Inpatient oncology, outpatient oncology, chemotherapy administration (IV push, continuous infusion), BMT, infusion center, PCU, anaphylaxis, sepsis, port access/management, body fluid handling post-chemotherapy, cytotoxic spill management 3. Certifications: BLS and Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required; ACLS preferred; copies/AHA requirements not specified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7.
