- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required (very strict); 3+ years preferable 2. Cases: Oncology Med Surg Experience, Level I Trauma Experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, OCN required; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certificate/provider card REQUIRED 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact license required 5. Education: ADN allowed (BSN only required for specific units like Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology, and float pool) 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call as needed; weekend coverage as needed; patient ratios 5:1 days, 6:1 nights 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO submitted after offer will NOT be sent for approval 9. Returning Staff: Former employees must be separated for one year before eligible to return; must check eligibility for rehire with AM 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius rule (strict); locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
