- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Oncology-specific experience required 2. Cases: Hematology & Medical Oncology cases for adults over 18 3. Certifications: BCLS and ONS Chemo/Bio Card required; OCN preferred 4. License: NC or Compact license (pending OK for submittal) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days 07:45-17:15, no call requirement, no weekends 8. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays); must work 2 of 3 major holidays; no RTO during first week or after signing; all RTO must be pre-approved 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying; disclosure required with hospital name/dates employed 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates (within 50 miles) accepted at lower rate; first-time travelers accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
