Experience: Minimum 2 years of overall nursing experience required; must have MS oncology and at least 1 inpatient hematology oncology experience in work history and checklist; acute care experience must be current/within the last 12 months and in the applicable specialty 2. Cases: Primarily acute leukemia patients; high volume of blood products, IV antibiotics, and electrolytes; heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls prevention 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ONS Chemo Certification (ONS/ONCC) required; NIHSS preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: Not explicitly stated 5.
