Experience: 2 years required; must have MS and oncology experience (1 year minimum); Heme Onc experience strongly preferred; acute care experience must be current/today and working consistently in the last 12 months in the applying specialty 2. Cases: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Amyloidosis, Aplastic Anemia, Chronic Leukemia, CLL, CML, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Myeloproliferative Disorders, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma; special procedures include Autologous, Syngeneic, and Allogeneic Transplants, and CAR-T Therapy 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA not specified); ACLS preferred; ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred; Chemo certification NOT required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night rotating or Nights; if accepting D/N rotating, may be scheduled for days, nights, or combination based on department needs; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period; float required to other MedSurg Oncology units 8.
