Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; MS and oncology experience required (1 year minimum); Heme Onc experience strongly preferred; acute care experience must be current/today and working consistently in the last 12 months in the applying specialty 2. Cases: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Adult), Amyloidosis, Aplastic Anemia, Chronic Leukemia, CLL, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Myeloproliferative Disorders, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma; Autologous, Syngeneic, and Allogeneic Transplants; CAR-T Therapy 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred; chemo certification is NOT required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: D/N rotating or Nights; if accepting 12 D/N rotating, may be scheduled days, nights, or a combination based on department needs; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period; float required to other MedSurg Oncology units 8.
