Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-timers accepted 2. Cases: Kidney, prostate, bladder, and other GU-related cancers; med onc and surg onc capabilities including chemo shots, biopsies, and small in-clinic procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8AM-4:30PM; no call; no weekends; float limited to other outpatient clinics only 8. RTO: 7-day restriction; RTO must be submitted with submission and built into contract; only two pre-approved time off slots 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible at any Ohio State University hospital location; former manager name should be noted 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Ohio fingerprinting required immediately upon signing contract; candidates outside Ohio but within driving distance must drive to an Ohio fingerprinting location ASAP; those at extreme distances will be mailed a fingerprinting packet to be completed urgently; strict compliance deadline is Tuesday prior to start — no exceptions 12. Modules: Orientation is 30 hours 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required — medical exemptions only; COVID-19 vaccine not required 16. Special Equipment: Bladder scanners, uronavs, fluoro scans, and other biopsy equipment Critical: 2 professional references required — at least 1 must be from a manager/director or formal leadership; charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference; no coworker references accepted.
