Experience: 3 years of adult ambulatory oncology triage experience and adult oncology infusion experience within the last 6 years required; facility compliance notes require 2+ years 2. Cases: Adult ambulatory oncology triage and adult oncology infusion; both oncology and non-oncology adult populations 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required (Traditional AHA only; RQI not accepted); Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card required; Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) required; copies of certifications required at submission 4. License: Oregon and Washington Nursing License required; valid state license preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit; must rotate into various pools and inbaskets in Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, 07:00-17:30, Monday-Sunday variable; some weekend commitments; no call; hours of operation 7AM-5:30PM 8. RTO: Must have upfront; no more than 2 weeks 9.
