- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (L/D experience x 2 years for L/D RNs) 2. Cases: L/D, OB/GYN with simple med/surge overflow; common diagnoses include hips, knees (med/surge overflow) 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS required; fetal monitoring class within 2 years required for L/D 4. License: RN License required (NC implied by facility location) 5. Education: RN prepared 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred; GE Centricity also in use 7. Shifts/Call: LD 7p-7a x 2 nights; OB 7a-7p days; 36 hours weekly guaranteed; rotating every other weekend; minimal call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60 miles or greater required to be considered Travel; local rate $48/hr for candidates under 60 miles 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
