- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; recent experience in Med/Surg, postpartum, and pediatrics required 2. Cases: Bowel obstruction, hip fracture, Cholelithiasis, Appendicitis, Post Partum care; Med Surg patients accepted on floor due to low birthrate 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS required; all certifications must be obtained prior to start; client reserves the right to require certifications not listed 4. License: RN license valid in Tennessee required; all clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date; results required prior to start 5. Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee 6. EMR: MedHost, Centricity Perinatal 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; every other/as needed weekends; call as needed; float as needed; orientation is bi-weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
