- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2-3 years required; Level III NICU experience required 2. Cases: Must have experience with micro preemies and high frequency ventilation; Level III NICU; Voorhees practices couplet care with a Stork RN on each shift 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No on call; every weekend required with 1 day during the week; patient ratio 1:2; block scheduling NOT allowed 8.
