Cases: Level III NICU experience required; experience with micro preemies and high frequency ventilation required; Voorhees practices couplet care with a Stork RN on each shift 3. Shifts/Call: Every weekend required with 1 day during the week; no on-call; patient ratio 1:2 (Days and Nights); block scheduling NOT allowed 8.
