Cases: NICU focus; patient ratio experience of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3; neonates including under 34 weeks and 29-34 weeks; diagnoses include NEC, neonatal sepsis, neonatal abstinence syndrome, respiratory distress syndrome, meconium aspiration, hyperbilirubinemia, therapeutic hypothermia, pre-cardiac surgery, post abdominal surgery, and seizure disorders 3. Certifications: BLS and NRP required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; screening if no Epic experience 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required (every other or as needed); no on-call required; 48-hour shifts approved; block schedules not required; may float to all units, only patients under age 2 on pedi units; travelers float first; ventilators managed by RT 8.
