Cases: NICU III, NICU IV; neonates 29-34 weeks and over 34 weeks; various conditions including respiratory distress syndrome, necrotizing enterocolitis, neonatal sepsis 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; will screen if candidate doesn't have experience 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required (every other or as needed); no on-call; floating required to all units with patients under age 2 on pedi units 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post-submission RTO will NOT be approved 9. Returning Staff: Providence staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
