- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 3 years required; Level III NICU for at least 3 years or 2 years at Level IV NICU 2. Cases: 23-24 weeks gestation; Level III or IV NICU 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required 4. License: All Swedish facilities honor active compact license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratio 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; float required to Peds and PICU (newborns and infants only), Issaquah and Edmonds NICU; may be assigned as "sitter" for all units 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; intermittent weekend coverage required 9. Returning Staff: All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from health system for minimum 3 months to qualify for travel position 10.
