- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; Level III NICU experience required; Patient Ratio Experience: 2 2. Cases: Level III NICU; must be able to attend deliveries and perform admissions and neonatal resuscitation (HARD STOP); 27 weeks and above in NICU; all ages at delivery for stabilization and transfer if under 27 weeks; high risk, preterm, meconium deliveries 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days or 4x12 Days; On Call Required: Yes; Weekends Required: Yes; Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy) 8.
