- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required in Level IV NICU 2. Cases: Vent management, Trach management, Telemetry, Pulmonary Artery Lines, Umbilical/Central Line Management, Chest Tube Management; must be competent floating to PICU and CICU; UVCs and UACs experience required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, STABLE required 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour rotating day/night (variable shifts); straight days will not be accommodated 8.
