- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years experience in Level IV NICU required 2. Cases: Level IV NICU cases; must be competent floating to PICU and CICU 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, STABLE preferred; BSN required for all RN positions 4. License: CA RN License in hand required 5. Education: BSN required for all RN positions 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12hr Rotating Day/Night shift - VARIABLE SHIFTS only, straight days not accommodated 8. RTO: All RTO disclosed at time of submittal, needs manager approval at offer, no additional requests mid-contract, cannot be within first two weeks of start 9. Returning Staff: Must include employment history with any University of California medical facility, provide dates worked, units worked, manager names for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rates as travel; floating within 75+ radius possible 11. Background: Not specified 12.
