- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Preferably 1 year NICU experience with Level III NICU experience; no new graduates 2. Cases: Level III NICU; neonatal specific cares, ROP exams, assist MD with bedside procedures including intubation, central line placement, chest tube placement; advanced skills needed include IV placement, Neonatal Abstinence Scoring, hypoglycemia management, emergency response/Code response 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, STABLE, and PALS required 4. License: RN License required; Utah (UT) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech and paper flow sheet 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift (0500-1700) and night shift (1700-0500); 3 shifts per week; 1 call shift per pay period; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified 14. Scrubs: Facility-provided Women's and Children's specific scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not specified 16.
