- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years minimum of solid NICU experience required; Level III, Level III or higher, or Level IV experience focused on 1:1 and 1:2 care and high-risk delivery/admits 2. Cases: Level III/IV NICU; neonates requiring HFOV, Bubble CPAP, NIMV; high-risk deliveries; central line management (UAC, UVC, PICC); 1:1 and 1:2 care; neonates 34 weeks 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, and Advanced NRP required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Omnicell medication system; SBAR communication system 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12H Nights, 19:00-07:30; float required to L&D, with possibility of floating between OCM and SMC; weekends scheduled as needed to meet unit needs; candidate will work both bedside and charge roles with a charge bump for charge shifts 8.
