- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required per initial notes; 3 years listed in job requirements section 2. Cases: NICU Level III and/or Level IV; patient population includes Neonates and Infants; patient ratio 1:4 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., and PALS required; Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report must be included with profile 4. License: NC State or Compact Licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred; charting system experience listed as required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; option to flex to a 4th shift if needed/available; OT after 48 hours; minimum every other weekend (Fri-Sat-Sun); block scheduling; 24 orientation hours 8.
