- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience required in field 2. Cases: Babies 22 weeks gestation and greater; abdominal wall defects, HIE, RDS/RFS, drug exposure/withdrawal, hypoglycemia, sepsis, TEF, Duodenal Atresia, Diaphragmatic Hernia, Urethral Stenosis, myelomeningocele, ROP 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE required 4. License: SC (South Carolina) license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; must have at least 1 year of Epic experience 7. Shifts/Call: Option 1 — 4x12s, 1900-0730, no call. Option 2 — 3x12s, 1900-0730, with at least 1 twelve-hour call shift bi-weekly. Float required to other NICU units or facilities as needed. Weekend coverage every other weekend unless need changes. Patient ratio is 2:1 days, nights, and weekends. 8. RTO: No pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
