- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: NICU Level 3 experience required; care for stable feeder growers through critical Level 3 patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE required; must attach certifications at submission or will be rejected 4. License: RN IN licensure required; must attach license at submission or will be rejected; Driver's license/permanent home address must be included on submission and address must match ID 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend Days 3A-3P (Friday, Saturday, Sunday); no call requirements; floating required to help in other areas but does not take an assignment in other units; block scheduling; orientation is 2 x 12-hour shifts 8.
