Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years of NICU Level 3 or higher required for submission 2. Cases: NICU Level 3 or higher experience required; neonatal cases including NAS, NEC, meconium aspiration, therapeutic hypothermia, respiratory distress syndrome, and others listed 3. Certifications: BLS and NRP required; PALS noted; must be current and in hand 4. License: CA RN License required; pending state license accepted if ETA from licensing is available 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable Day/Night; on-call not required; weekends required with full flexibility; floating mid-shift to sister facilities required (Rady Main Campus, Scripps La Jolla, Rancho Springs, Palomar, Scripps Mercy); mileage reimbursement from home location for float 8. RTO: Maximum 6 days RTO; traveler must still work 3 shifts per week; must work 2 of the following 3 holidays (including Eves): Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; floating to sister facilities required with notice given prior to shift 11. Background: Not specified 12.
