- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; no first-time travelers; previous travel experience required 2. Cases: Must have delivery attendance experience (vaginal and C-section); assist with newborn transition; admitting/discharging neonates to NICU and NOU; Level III NICU nurse experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE required; all must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; GE-CPN used in NOU and Meditech used in NICU (noted for awareness) 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; every other weekend obligation; 2 major and 1 minor holiday per year (full-time); 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year (PRN); patient ratios NICU 1:1, 1:2, 1:3; NOU 1:4-6 8.
