- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years experience in specialty required; 3+ years experience in NICU; 1 year travel experience required, 2 years preferred 2. Cases: NICU III, NICU IV, Neonates < 24-28 weeks, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required; AHA certs required with submission 4. License: WA license in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 1845-0715; Patient ratios 3:1; Float required to L&D PPU and Childbirth Center Units; Weekend coverage required 8. RTO: 5 days or less per assignment; no changes after submission; no blocked schedules accepted 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 1 year to be considered 10.
