- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; at least 1 year in specialty (NICU); Level 3 NICU experience required, hard stop 2. Cases: Prematurity, Feeders and Growers, RDS, NAS, Sepsis, Hypoglycemia, Jaundice; facility is CCS designated; large Hispanic community; no surgeries performed at facility 3. Certifications: BCLS, NRP Advanced (will allow NRP if willing to obtain advanced before start), PALS required; copies should be AHA or American Red Cross 4.
