Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required for submission 2. Cases: Geriatric trauma (55+), MVA/MVC, falls, abuse/violence victims, TBI, appendicitis, gallbladders, hernia repairs, fistulas, wounds, burns; patients come from ED, OR, or ICU; Level I Trauma experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard); CPI, NIHSS, BSN, TNCC noted as preferred/additional; must pass Relias EKG exam — Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required 4. License: Not explicitly stated beyond standard RN; pending license accepted 5. Education: BSN noted (indicated as preferred/optional per asterisk) 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7.
