- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Acute medicine population including DM, renal issues, COPD, abdominal rule outs, cancer patients not receiving current chemo; no surgical patients; MS/Tele experience preferred; bedside procedures may include thoracentesis, paracentesis, chest tube insertion, simple suture/debridement 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be obtained by compliance hard document deadline; certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted; must pass Relias EKG exam (Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required) 4. License: MO license — submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); IL license must be in hand at time of submittal; compact license must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hours per week; 3x12 or 4x12 (confirm shift in submittal); every other weekend required; no on-call requirement; no block scheduling; float within service line required; ratios 1:6 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days of RTO per contract; 7+ days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of an assignment 9.
