- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient acute care; Med Surg and Neuro experience required; willingness for occasional Charge required; charge experience helpful but not required 2. Cases: Neuro-surgical patients; stroke, seizures, MS, back/head/spinal and other neurological diagnoses or neurosurgery procedures 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 7p-7:30a; 36 or 48 weekly guaranteed hours; rotating weekends (every other full weekend, Saturday and Sunday required); no call requirements; float as needed within scope; must work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) 8. RTO: Up to 5 days per 13 weeks auto-approved; anything beyond 5 days subject to leader approval prior to confirmation; additional time to be made up at end of assignment 9.
