Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years minimum required (also states 1 year experience requirement in compliance section) 2. Cases: Med Surg basic skills required; step down level experience preferred; care for obs, acute and skilled/swing bed patients 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; copies not required for submittal 4. License: MO or compact license required; license in hand or compact required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 7p-7a; every 3rd weekend required; patient ratio nights 1:3-5; travelers may float to different unit 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off limited to one; any time off presented after submission will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: No specified policy in place 10. Travel/Local: No radius restriction; locals accepted at same rate; no local mile radius rule limit 11. Background: Facility is lenient, will reach out once offered 12. Modules: 12 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color acceptable 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
