Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med/Surg – Acute 3
Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Call Required: Yes, for permanent staff
Weekend Coverage: Expectation attempt for every other weekend rotation. However, may adjust based on business need.
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 Years Experience
- BLS
Other Details:
- Medication System: Pyxis Documentation
- System: Cerner
- Bed Types and How Divided: All 22 beds
- Travelers must be able to take Med/Surg/Telemetry as part of assignment
- Staffing Ratios: Telemetry: 4:1, Med/Surg: 5:1
- Float Required: Per union contract
- Required to float to any Med/Surg/Tele department to take patients
- Must be able to float to other departments such as ED, ICU, OB to task only
- Required to task in all other departments
