- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years MedSurg or PCU experience required; 1 year experience required for submission 2. Cases: Elective joint replacements, ortho-trauma, med/surg overflow 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) and NIH required; copies required at submission 4. License: Michigan RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Any charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required, holidays as needed, no call requirement 8. RTO: No holiday requests; dates may be discussed with manager 9. Returning Staff: 6 months return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate, no radius restrictions; travelers float first 11. Background: Must note any background hits on profile and submission prior to submission 12.
