Requirements
- Required certification: Med/Surg
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; minimum 1 year RN in Med Surg required; 2+ years in Med Surg preferred 2. Cases: Adult and Geriatric patient population; Med/Surg unit 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required; all required certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN; Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to assignment start date 5. Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; every other weekend or as needed; no call requirements; orientation is weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60 miles or greater required to be considered as Travel; local rate applies for candidates under 60 miles 11.
