Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med/Surg – N5 – Meth 

Shift: Days, 7a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs per week, Fri, Sat, Sun

Length: 13 weeks

Holiday rotation; no call
Weekend as scheduled

Requirements:

• IA / Compact License
• 2 years of MS/Medical Surgical experience in a hospital or medical center setting required
• Patient care experience in the following areas; general, gyn, breast required
• Patient care experience in the following areas; abdominal, flaps, ENT required
• Heparin experience required
• EPIC emr/electronic medical experience required
• Recent/current Level II trauma experience required
• BLS
• Recent/current Level I trauma experience preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• No 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel contract in the past 24 months
• Local Radius rule:  No locals 
• Float required across campuses/Med Surg Units when needed/scheduled
• Bed Size: 24 – 26
• Ratio: 1:4-6 on days; 1:5-6 on nights
• Patient Types: general, gyn, breast, abdominal, flaps, ENT
• Drips/Titrates: heparin
• scrub color: navy blue, tops and bottoms, solids
