- Required certification: Med/Surg
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:**50 mile radius rule-will use Drivers License as proof of address **Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract *interview only with facility, no clinical involvement Must wait 12 months to apply as a traveler with CommonSpirit Health if worked perm or prn Swing RN for critical access ED experience preferred not required BLS, PALS, TNCC preferred 12 hr nights, Shifts are 630pm-7am ,days vary, E/O weekend Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:12 hr nights Required Certifications:ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
