- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Med/Surg experience required; Previous Charge Experience preferred; Community Hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I, and Trauma Level II experience preferred 2. Cases: Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Total joint replacement; Patient diagnoses include usual ratio of 1 nurse to 5 patients, may flex to 1:6 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (0700-1930), every other weekend and every other holiday; block scheduling; no call required; orientation is 12 hours 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9.
