- Unit Notes:Profile review + manager interview Unit Name: MS Float Cost Center: 6046 # of beds 61 combined Ratios Days-1:5 and Nights-1:6 Required certifications BLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients Surgical pts (total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, general, etc), Medical pts (CHF, CVA, SOB, diabetic issues) Experience or 'Must have' skills (match our current med/surg) Are RNs required to titrate drips? No Common titratable &/or set rate drips NA Charge Nurse/House Supervisor No Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios 1:15 RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) Cpap, BiPap, hi-flow Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips?
