Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Medical/surgical patients, CHF, CVA, TIA, abdominal pain, COPD; Observation Unit focuses on ER overflow with rapid admission and discharge; high patient turnover environment 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA required), ACLS, CPI, NIHSS; copies should be in hand at submission 4. License: Michigan RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12 available (notate preference in submittal); every other weekend required; First to Float to Med/Surg units and Observation Overflow Unit; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed or approved; contract length up to 26 weeks (notate preference) 8. RTO: Holiday coverage required; RTO during holidays must remain flexible to accommodate staffing demands 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
